The summer holidays have flown by this year and I bet you’ve been wondering what I’ve been up to as I haven’t updated my blog for a few weeks! Well I’m back and have lots of exciting information to share with you over the next few weeks, so watch this space .
Hope you all had a lovely summer and spent some quality time with the family, I certainly did and what a great summer we had. Action packed swimming, picnics, barbeques, sleepovers, a few trips to the cinema, lovely walks with Archie our dog and much much more. But unfortunately the children are now back at school and everybody is back to the same old routine and I hate to say it, saving the pennies or looking to earn some extra money for Christmas !!
The sun is shining today here in Cardiff and the memories of our summer holiday a few weeks ago to Turkey have come flooding back. We had such a great time and I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family. It was Scotts birthday while we were away and I just can’t believe how quick that time has gone by, not only was he 12 but I am 12 years older, lol !!!

Children do get you out of your comfort zone or drag you away I should say from a good book, I sure did my fair share of activites on holiday too !! Banana boat ride, the waterslides, diving with the children and all the things that keep us young !! And then retire to the bar in the evening absolutely shattered !!
Our family is the main reason why we strive to do our best. However with such busy daily lives it is so easy to lose sight of our dreams and goals. We only get one go, life is not a rehearsal and in my opinion it is best to live it free from regret. I hope your Summer Holidays were amazing, take time to smell the roses and please feel free to leave a comment below, it’s always appreciated.
