How much traffic do you want to your site? The number of articles that you have published will obviously increase the amount of traffic to your site. If you only have a few articles published you cannot expect huge volumes of traffic. If on the other hand you have 50 to 100 good articles of between 300 – 500 words published you can obviously expect to see a good and consistent level of traffic coming from your published articles.
As with anything in business you are better to produce articles on a consistent basis as apposed to publishing 20 to 50 in your first week and then nothing. So I would recommend that you published two to five articles per week and ideally one per day. Finding content for this amount of articles may seem daunting at first. I hope to cover this aspect of article marketing in future posts.
Another thing to bear in mind is article marketing can appear to be ineffective in the early weeks but once you have written a high number of articles the pipeline affect will start to kick in and you’ll start to see significant improvements in the number of hits that your website receives.
